Upon completion of the course, students will be able to discuss disability and rehabilitation from an ‘Independent Living’ perspective as well as having a sound understanding of individual, social, and environmental factors which can affect people following serious injury/impairment.

The course consists of six modules:

Module Three: Application of Independent Living
Module Four: Client-Centreed Rehabilitation
Module Five: Health and Well-being
Module Six: The Lived Experience: Factors Relating to Recovery
